HOW TO ORDER
Three Steps:
1. Send me a text or email message listing the reference numbers of the bottle(s) that you're interested. I'll then check to make sure that I still have them, and I'll reply with what I still have in stock, and I'll give you the total cost. I usually get back within 24 hours, often much less.
2. After you get my reply and price, just send me a second text or email to let me know if I should put them on hold for you. You can also tell me your preferred payment method so I can keep watch for that. Finally, please include your shipping address in the reply.
3. Pay (see below). I'll ship bottles typically within 24 hours of receiving payment (busness days).
TERMS AND SHIPPING
Sale Policy: Items can be reserved by email, text, Signal, and Facebook messager. You're welcome to try to call me if you have a specific need, but fair warning that I get very backed uo on calls and I rarely pick up if I don't know the number because of spam calls.
An item isn't "sold" until I receive payment. If I receive more than one reservation request, they will be first-come-first-served. Reserved items will be held for 2 weeks from the time of the reservation. I can usually hold bottles longer for repeat buyers, but not more than 1 month unless specially prearranged.
Sales Tax: I am required to collect 6% PA sales tax on all sales shipped to PA addresses, unless you have a PA sales tax exemption form on file with me. PA requires that sales tax be assesed to the total payment, including shipping and insurance.
Payment Methods: All transactions are in U. S. dollars. I accept money orders, checks, Venmo and Pay Pal. If you prefer Crypto, let me know because I am starting to take Bitcoin and a few others.
Money Orders and checks (including Zelle) are welcome if drawn from a U.S. bank. Please mail payment to me at the address below. Mailed checks, money orders and in-person cash receive a 5% discount!
Venmo is welcome and leads to fast shipping. Send to @danielle-kreeger at Venmo.
Pay Pal is also fine and gets fast shipping. My email address for Pay Pal is danielle.kreeger@gmail.com, or if you want just ask me to invoice you via Pay Pal.
Shipping and Insurance: Buyer agrees to add payment for shipping, packaging and insurance costs (and 6% PA sales tax if applicable). Local pickups are fine to save on shipping, but please text or email to find a good time.
I held my shipping rates constant for several years, but but I finally needed to make adjustments for recent inflation.
Buyers in the United States can calculate the shipping from the table below. The values in the table include insurance. I typically ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), but sometimes large and heavy packages are better via UPS. Buyers from countries other than the U.S., or any buyer interested in expedited services, should inquire first with your order, and then I'll promptly get you an exact quote.
The U.S. rates in the table are based on average bottle sizes, weights, and distances. If you're ordering small and light bottles, or in the mid-Atlantic region, please feel free to inquire about reduced rates. Even if you don't ask, I'll typically reduce the shipping myself whenever it's significantly lower that the table averages.
