There are two variants of this Superior bottle, one with the large T as an open block letter and the earlier one (like this) has the filled T. It has an applied hat top, circa 1855. Fabulous condition. The base is pontiled with heavy frosting but no iron residue.

Condition: Near mint - perfect structurally (no chips, dings, cracks, etc), just a faint patch of haze and spotty light wear. Natural base wear, so doesn't appear to have been tumble cleaned. .
