From the Neil Moore collection auctioned in late 2023, this is an exceptional example of this classic "Empire Water" Saratoga. It has hundreds of teeny bubbles and excellent hammerring and glass character. The top is an applied double taper. Robust mold strike. Embossed: CONGRESS & EMPIRE SPRING CO / E (large open block letter) / SARATOGA N. Y. // EMPIRE / WATER Height: 7 7/8" Condition: Attic mint - the only no harm issue is a 1/8" open bubble on the heel - so slight it's only mentioned for complete accuracy. Clean, virtually no wear.
