This is a sapphire-hued medium cobalt example of the Ryan Excelsior Mineral Water. Applied blob top, pontiled bottom with heavy frosting but no iron residue.

Condition: Excellent - perfect structurally (no dings, chips, cracks). It was polish cleaned by a previous owner and the base has an unusual amount of wear around the heel like someone sanded it. Other than that, it's clean with spotty light wear but no other issues.
