This example is the undated earlier type in a pleasing lighter sapphire blue. Although it has no damage, I priced this one down a bit due to some wear and patchy stain. The top is applied and the bottom has a deep frosted pontil (no iron residue).

Condition: perfect structurally (no dings, chips, cracks). It looks like it was polish cleaned but retains overall scaling wear and some patchy haze/stain. The embossing is still pretty robust and the pontil is good so it could be polished up better if desired.
