Crude Civil War Era Schnapps

This is a nice, crude smaller sized Wolfe's with an applied taper top. Circa 1860-65, it is heavy and crude and just missed being pontiled.

Embossed: UDOLPHO WOLFE'S // SCHEIDAM // AROMATIC / SCHNAPPS

Height:  7 7/8 "
Color: deep olive green

Condition: excellent - structurally perfect and clean (except a bit of residue around the neck). It does have some overall spotty ground wear. Does not need cleaning, but a tumble polish would make this sparkle - it has a strong strike.
