Circa 1875 Heavy Embossing Example, Warner's Safe Cure

This is a terrific example that I dug from the clay cap of a privy, so the bottle is in great shape. It's also a fresh mold bottle with a bold strike - the safe jumps off the bottle. It has a hand tooled blob top.

Embossed: WARNER'S / SAFE / KIDNEY & LIVER / CURE / (pic of large safe) / ROCHESTER, N. Y. // (base) 28

Height:  9 3/4 "
Color: amber

Condition: excellent - structurally perfect (no dings, cracks, chips), pretty clean except spotty residue haze in spots. There are a few scuffs on the front from where it was sitting on the stone-lined wall. Would tumble clean easily.

Reference Number:  X1583

Price: $29
