This is one of the crudest and most character-filled bottles I've seen in some time. You have to see it to appreciate it. The glass is totally marbled and saggy. With the large size and bright color, this catches any light nicely. Circa 1865-1870. Hand applied taper top.
Embossed in applied seal: P. HOPPE / SCHIEDAM
Color: light but rich olive-grass green
Condition: excellent - structurally perfect with no chips, dings, cracks or bruises. Pretty clean. Only issue is some spotty light case wear. Never tumble cleaned, pleasing patina.
Reference Number: LA147
