This circa 1865 flask is a pint with an applied ring collar top. McKearin lists is as GXI-35, and scarce. The base is smooth, with a seam. The top is crude and has a couple indented ticks that I believe are from manufacturing, and otherwise this is mint.
Embossed: FOR PIKE'S PEAK / (picture of man walking with cane and sack over shoulder) // (picture of eagle) / CEREDO (in circle slug)
Height: 7 7/8 "
Condition: Nreatest mint - structurally perfect (no dings, chips, cracks), clean, hardly any wear. The lip has a small <1/8" indented area that I think is not a nip but a manufacturing flaw, mentioned for complete accuracy.
