Circa 1850-1855 Jenny Lind / Glasshouse Calabash - Fislerville Glass Works, NJ - McKearin GXIII-4
This is a nice example of this New Jersey calabash flask with an iron pontil and applied double taper top. Embossed: JENNY LIND / (picture of Jenny Lind) / FISLERVILLE GLASS WORKS / (picture of glass house) Height: 9 3/4" Condition: excellent - near perfect structurally (no chips, dings, etc). There is an onion peel open bubble in the bottom right of the glasshouse pic, but stable and no big deal. The iron pontil is weak but clear. Reference Number: KP3 Price: $79 |
