Circa 1840-1850 Rough & Ready - Major Ringgold Flask (GI-72)

This flask a an open pontil bottom and is very fat in size. It has a plain shear lip, circa 1840's. This variant flask is believed to have been made at the Baltimore Glass Works. Nice crude whittle in the glass.

Color: light icy aqua

Condition: Excellent - - structurally perfect (no dings, chips, cracks). The shear lip has some very minor in-making rough spots mentioned for total accuracy. The bottle appears to have been lightly tumble cleaned but retains some patchy light haze.
