This coffin flask is an uncommon type of bottle for this classic Boston whiskey and bitters firm. The flask has slightly concave front and back panels, old style embossing font, and a very crudely applied fat ring top. Smooth-based with a hinge seam, but Civil War era. Hefty weight for it's size.

Condition: near mint - perfect structurally with no chips, dings or cracks. Hardly any wear and just the slightest dull haze. Embossing is not as washed out as you typically see on this bottle when found.
