This is a short round salve jar, crude embossing, circa 1870-1875. It has a crude tilting ring top, hand tooled.

Condition: excellent - structurally perfect with no chips, cracks or dings. Just ttrace haze patches, spotty light wear, and somewhat dull embossing.
