This is a classic Philly pontiled soda in a rich deep cobalt blue color. The top is an applied blob.

Condition: perfect structurally (no chips, dings, or cracks). Patchy light stain. Spotty light wear. Pontil clear but no residue. Decent example that could be tumble polished to clear the haze patches, but I like it as sis.
