Circa 1855-1860 ROUSSEL Salve Jar

This is a very crude small round salve or pill bottle. It has a thin flared tlip, crudely fashioned. Snap case bottom. Early embossing font

Embossed: E. ROUSSEL / PHILAD.A

Height:  3 1/8" 

Color: clear

Condition: excellent - perfect structurally with no dings, chips or cracks. It does have some patchy light stain and spotty wear and swirl etch. Great character.
